I’m Sithembinkosi “Thembi” Ndiweni, a faith-driven strategist, ecosystem builder, and professional “let’s-connect-the-dots” person.

At the heart of my work is a simple conviction: impact should serve people, honour purpose, and reflect good stewardship. (Luke 16:10 whispers, “Be faithful with the little, and I will entrust you with more.”)
That principle guides everything I build , from climate programs to ecosystem strategies.

My work sits at the intersection of faith, innovation, climate justice, and community building  because real transformation happens when people, systems, and purpose finally start speaking to each other.
